Bluebell is the only known mare from her sire O'Malley, a highly regarded Foundation sire by the WHSA. Bluebell has gained the patience of her dam and the persistence of her sire that was around 30 yrs of age when she was conceived. Although not quite as tall as the other mares Bluebell offers exceptionally expressive movement and a powerful hindquarter not to be missed. Talara Aranda Alice, WHSA Studbook Waler mare Reg. W0131, DOB 1989, 15.2hh, medium type, bay with white star. Alice is the matriarch of the group at the tender age of 20. Alice has turned her hand successfully to many equestrian disciplines including dressage, eventing, polocrosse & stock work. More recently Alice performed successfully in the Breeds Expo and Street Paradse at the Brisbane Royal Show in hand and in stock and side-saddle. Alice has produced a number of exceptional progeny including Talara Guan Wei (Red) currently standing at Redgum Walers Stud. Alice has retired from breeding but remains an invaluable support mare for newly weaned foals and youngsters finding their feet in the pecking order.
